Just how fast is your delivery ?
VERY FAST -orders placed before 10am on the day will be despatched on that day to arrive either the next day throughout New Zealand urban or 2-3 days later if rural. After10am next day despatch with delivery as per above.
What do you mean by “free combination setting?”
It means what it says you just give me the numbers and I set the combination so ready to go straight out of the box.
What if I lose the combination?
Have you a magic code to unlock it? Sorry no such luck so make sure that you note the combination down somewhere you can easily access it for later.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

What is EZISET?
EZISET allows quick (and obviously easy) combination changes to particular lock box models so no additional tools or keys are need.
What is EZIDRAIN?
Any models that come with EZIDRAIN means that moisture that manages to enter the lock chamber doesn’t last long and is quickly dispersed back into the outside world while at the same time allowing for air circulation to keep it dry and key friendly

Can I pick my order up from you?
No problem at all and we can normally work in with you in terms of the time. Just give me a call and we can set it up.
What does “shackle lock box” mean.
There are 2 main types of lock boxes and the shackle variety has a shackle at the top of the lock box with an interior release mechanism that allows you to hang it from a door handle, pipe, railing etc. or alternatively move it from one location to another.
What does “wall mounted” mean.
Pretty much as the term says. These models are designed to hang on a wall or similar and are fixed not portable.
